This hotel is in the most perfect location, right in the center of a beautiful town. From our room, we had a view onto the city hall, which was a lovely sight to wake up to. The high ceilings and spacious rooms gave a sense of grandeur, and the charming hand-decorated details added a unique touch. The staff, especially 'Honour', were incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English. The breakfast was beautifully presented and provided a great start to the day.
Can't think of a single thing that could have been improved.

The reception was a disappointment. We arrived in the evening but couldn't access the hotel because we hadn't been provided with the pin code.

The hotel was located in the heart of the town which was very convenient and saved the hassle of commuting. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and offered help in providing recommendations for local restaurants.
We arrived in the evening but there was no one at the reception to help us out. We had to wait outside in the rain till someone showed up.
